About the Role:
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our clients growing site in Ledbury. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving site operations, supporting breakdowns, and completing preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM) to agreed standards. The role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities: *Provide breakdown support and perform preventative maintenance
*Maintain electrical, mechanical, PLC machinery and site services (pneumatic, water, steam)
*Support production in running a seasonal fruit pressing mill
*Complete and document all work on SAP
*Participate in risk assessments and site improvement initiatives
*Maintain hygiene and quality standards across the site
*Assist with a variety of projects as required
Skills & Requirements:
*Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer
*Strong team player with a proactive approach
*Computer literate (SAP experience desirable)
*IOSH training desirable
Education & Experience:
*A-Level or equivalent essential
*NVQ Level 3 in Engineering minimum
*PLC experience desirable
*Preferably 3+ years in manufacturing, fruit pressing, or drink production
*Shift work experience
