Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services across a portfolio of projects
*Produce cost plans, procurement advice, tender documentation and evaluations
*Manage contract administration under JCT and NEC contracts
*Lead client meetings and represent the business as a trusted advisor
*Oversee valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
*Mentor and support junior staff while contributing to a positive team culture
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*5+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
*Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
*MRICS preferred or working towards chartership
*Strong experience managing projects independently
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*A proactive, commercially astute and solution-led mindset
