Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*Manage full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
*Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
*Lead procurement processes and administer contracts under JCT forms
*Provide accurate cost reporting, valuations, variations, and final accounts
*Attend and lead client, consultant, and contractor meetings
*Support and mentor junior members of the cost management team
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*5+ years’ experience in a consultancy-based QS role
*Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS accredited)
*Strong technical knowledge of cost planning and contract administration
*Experience delivering residential, commercial, or heritage projects
*Confident client-facing skills and professional communication style
*MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
