Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Solicitorto join its established and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and well-regarded practice, working on a broad range of residential property matters.
The Role:
Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be:
*Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
*Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
*Providing clear, practical advice to clients
*Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
The Successful Candidate:
*Qualified solicitor with 0–3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
*Able to manage files with appropriate supervision
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
*Keen to learn and progress within a supportive team environment
