Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*Manage cost planning, procurement, and pre/post-contract services on live projects
*Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and financial reports
*Lead contract administration using JCT and NEC forms
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain clear communication
*Conduct valuations, assess variations, and support dispute resolution
*Support junior colleagues and contribute to team culture and technical delivery
Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
*RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
*Solid knowledge of procurement, cost management, and contract admin
*Comfortable working across a range of sectors (public/private infrastructure, commercial etc.)
*Strong communicator, client-facing, and highly organised
*On the APC pathway or recently chartered
