A prestigious law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its established team in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to engage in a broad spectrum of high-quality corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and restructurings. You will be part of a dynamic team known for its expert handling of complex and often multi-jurisdictional matters for a diverse client base.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and deliver complex corporate transactions.
*Act as a trusted adviser to clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
*Collaborate closely with partners and directors across a wide range of matters.
*Support and mentor junior lawyers.
*Contribute to business development and profile-raising initiatives.
*Engage in international collaboration and travel, working closely with overseas offices and referral networks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified solicitor with robust experience in corporate law - 4 Years PQE+
*Ability to independently manage transactions with an appropriate level of supervision.
*Commercially aware, pragmatic, and client focused.
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
*Keen interest in professional development and contributing to team growth.
