Job Description:
Lead Generator
£23,810 + uncapped bonus | Monday–Friday | Office-based

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to recruit a Lead Generator, and this role can be shaped around what you’re looking for long term.
Two clear pathways are available:
*Career progression route: Ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales. You’ll start in lead generation, prove yourself on the phones, and progress into an Account Manager role.
*High-earning specialist route: Perfect for someone who enjoys being on the phone, generating leads, and earning commission without moving away from lead generation.
Whichever route you choose, you’ll be part of a results-driven environment where effort is rewarded financially.
What’s in it for you?
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
*Basic salary of £23,810
*Uncapped, target-based bonus
*Bonus structure:£50 per lead from existing accounts; £100 per lead from new prospects

Lead Generator Responsibilities:
*Make high-quality outbound calls to existing clients and cold prospects
*Build rapport with decision makers, understand needs, and qualify leads
*Research and source prospects using cold data and existing accounts
*Maintain regular contact with businesses to identify further opportunities
*Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and build trust
*Accurately log activity, leads, and follow-ups on the CRM system
*Work closely with Account Managers, passing over qualified leads
Lead Generator Skills & Experience:
*Previous outbound calling experience within lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
*Confident and professional communicator with strong listening skills
*Able to build trusted B2B relationships quickly
*Resilient, proactive, and tenacious – you don’t let rejection hold you back
*Proven experience of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets
*Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
