360 Recruitment Consultant – Estate Agency Sector
Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire
£25,000 – £30,000 basic (DOE)
£45,000+ OTE
Pear Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Estate Agency recruitment team in Hoddesdon.
This is a full 360 role, perfect for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-moving, people-focused sector.
The Role
*Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
*Building and developing strong relationships with estate agency clients
*Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
*Growing and managing your own desk
*Negotiating fees, offers, and terms
*Providing a professional, consultative service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
*Proven recruitment experience (360 preferred)
*Experience within property or estate agency recruitment is highly desirable
*Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
*Organised, professional, and ambitious
