Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing audit and assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of audit assignments, support junior staff, and work closely with managers and partners across a varied client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP/IFRS
*Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit juniors
*Act as a key point of contact for clients during audits
*Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations
*Ensure compliance with internal procedures and professional standards
Requirements
*ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
*Minimum [2–3] years’ experience in external audit within practice
*Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge
*Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office
