Audit Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join their expanding audit and assurance team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, lead audit teams, and work closely with partners to deliver high-quality audit services.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
*Plan, lead, and review audit assignments from start to finish
*Manage audit budgets, deadlines, and resourcing
*Lead, coach, and develop Audit Seniors and junior staff
*Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
*Review statutory accounts and ensure compliance with UK GAAP / IFRS
*Identify business risks and provide value-adding recommendations
*Support partners with business development and proposal work
Requirements
*ACA / ACCA qualified
*Significant experience in external audit within practice
*Proven experience managing audit assignments and teams
*Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Commercial mindset with strong organisational skills
