Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Burnley. This role requires a passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality childcare and education. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in childcare and be ready to start as soon as possible.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Engage with children in a variety of educational and play activities.
*Plan and implement developmental activities suited to the age and stage of the children.
*Monitor and record children’s progress and development.
*Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment within the nursery.
*Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s day and development.
*Work collaboratively with other team members to create a supportive and professional work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
*Experience in a nursery setting is preferred but not essential.
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
