We are looking for a skilled Property Photographer & Floor Planner to join our team.
This is a field-based, shoot-only role. We have a dedicated in-house editing team, meaning your day ends when you finish your last appointment—no late nights spent editing at home! You will visit multiple properties daily to capture high-quality interior, exterior, and aerial imagery.
Key Responsibilities*Photography: Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs. You must be skilled at "getting it right in camera" (composition and exposure). Including 360 Virtual Tours and Matteport.
*Drone Aerials: Capture elevated shots and property boundaries. We provide the drone (sub-250g, e.g., DJI Mini), so you just need the confidence to fly it safely.
*Floor Plans: Accurately measure properties using laser measures and sketch/create precise floor plans.
*Workflow: Upload RAW files and floor plans to our server daily for the in-house team to process.
*Staging: Act as the face of our brand, offering polite advice to homeowners on moving objects/decluttering to get the best shot.
Requirements*Experience: Proven experience in property photography.
*Drone Confidence: Previous experience flying drones is required. As we use sub-250g drones, complex licenses are not needed, but you must be confident flying in residential environments.
*Floor Planning: Confidence in measuring complex room shapes and drawing accurate plans to scale.
*Driving: Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle is essential.
*People Skills: A professional, friendly demeanour is vital as you will be working in clients’ homes daily.
Desirable (Bonus)*Own Camera Kit: Owning a full-frame camera and wide-angle lens (16-35mm equivalent) is an advantage, though we can provide equipment for the right candidate.
