About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task.
*Deliver pre-set work and manage the classroom environment effectively.
*Support pupils in maintaining positive behaviour.
*Adapt confidently to different subjects and school settings.
*Build strong relationships with staff and students across multiple schools.
