Site Manager Role (Full Time)
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
Start: February
Location: UK-Wide (Travel required)
Project Values: £50,000K-£3M
Project Duration: Up to 13 weeks
About the Role
My client are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced pipeline of Design & Build projects, predominantly within the hospitality sector-including coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and specialist leisure environment.
The role involves managing live sites UK-wide, with immediate projects underway in the UK
The business is extremely busy, with multiple projects starting in the coming weeks and further work pending.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage day-to-day operations across assigned project sites
*Oversee and drive the programme to ensure timely delivery
*Coordinate, schedule, and liaise with all subcontractors and suppliers
*Maintain a detailed site diary and all relevant documentation
*Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of construction
*Maintain a safe, compliant site environment
Essential Requirements
*SMSTS
*First Aid at Work
*NVQ Level 6 (Mandatory, not desirable)
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Preferred Background
*Time-served Site Manager with a hands-on understanding of site operations
*Experience in hospitality fit-out, including:
*Bars
*Restaurants
*Coffee shops
*Leisure/entertainment venues
*Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skill
