Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Interviewing and placing candidates in education roles

* Creating compelling candidate profiles

* Supporting experienced sales consultants to grow their desks

* Working towards weekly KPIs

* Building long-term relationships with candidates and schools

Training & Career Development After year one, you’ll move into a dedicated Sales Desk with advanced training in:
* Business development

* Negotiation and margins

* Safeguarding and compliance

* Customer service and time management
