A fantastic opportunity has come up for a qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join a Legal 500 ranked, highly regarded real estate team in Manchester. This firm has a strong reputation in the residential development space, acting for major national housebuilders and well-known regional developers. With continued growth across their development offering, they’re now looking to add a motivated junior lawyer to their plot sales and development team.
The Role
You’ll be joining a busy, well-structured team where you’ll take on real responsibility from the outset. Work will include:
*Running your own caseload of plot sales from instruction to completion
*Assisting with site set-ups, infrastructure agreements, and wider development documentation
*Liaising with developers, buyers’ solicitors, agents, and lenders to keep transactions moving
*Supporting senior lawyers on broader residential development matters as your experience grows
*Working within a team known for its efficiency, technical quality, and client service

What You’ll Bring
*Qualified Solicitor NQ to 3 PQE,
*Experience in real estate - plot sales or residential development experience is ideal, but strong general property experience will also be considered,

*Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset,
