Job Description:

Our client is a well-established and reputable business based in Banbury, known for delivering high-quality technical services across a range of industries. With an excellent internal culture and a focus on development, they are looking for a confident Administration Assistant to support their growing operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across varied admin and customer service tasks. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, whether via phone or email.
*Provide general admin support to multiple departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
*Keep clients updated on project progress with clear and timely communication.
*Accurately book jobs into the CRM system.
*Create, process, and manage invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
*Liaise with suppliers for collections, deliveries, and equipment servicing.
*Maintain well-organised records, filing systems, and documentation.
*Support the purchasing function with tracking and processing of goods.
*Escalate unresolved queries or issues to relevant teams when needed.
Key Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in an admin support or customer service role (preferably in a technical/industrial setting).
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
*Proficiency in MS Office and confident using IT systems.
*Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
*Proactive problem-solver with a calm and professional approach.
*A team player with a helpful, can-do attitude.
Additional Information:
*Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (40 hours/week).
*On-site working
*Full training provided.
*Supportive and collaborative work environment.
