Key Responsibilities Business Reporting & Forecasting
* Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting.

* Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial reconciliations.

* Advise on financial impacts of operational and commercial decisions.

Performance Management
* Analyse product-level sales, margins, and profitability.

*Support cost management across indirect and overhead areas.
* Produce clear analysis, commentary, and recommendations.

* Identify efficiency opportunities across manufacturing and operations.

Leadership
* Develop and coach a small finance team.

* Oversee an accurate and efficient month-end close.

* Build capability and support career development.

* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Process Improvement
* Enhance financial processes, systems, and controls.

* Strengthen financial management across production, supply chain, and procurement.

* Drive standardisation, automation, and best-practice adoption.

Requirements * Strong experience in a manufacturing finance environment.

* Proven background in senior operational finance roles.

* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

* Demonstrated leadership and team-development capability.

* Clear, confident communication for financial and non-financial audiences.

* Deep P&L ownership and variance analysis experience.

* Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and strategic awareness.
