Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
*Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
*Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard
*Work as part of the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
*Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
*Assist with stock control, deliveries, and monthly stock takes
*Support and positively influence team members
*Help across different sections of the kitchen as required
*Act as an ambassador for the organisation when interacting with guests
What We’re Looking For
*Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
*Fresh food background with good attention to detail
*Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
*Calm, organised, and reliable
*Passion for quality produce and sustainable cooking
*Legal right to work in the UK
