Do you have experience in training Production, Technical or QA staff in the Food Manufacturing sector?
Are you looking for a role where you can make a significant, noticeable and positive impact on hundreds of staff at a leading Food Manufacturer in the North West?
This major Baked Goods producer employs over 1500 people across several sites and has been supplying famous products to the largest UK retailers for almost 100 years.
As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to bolster their team with someone who can provide Technical training to staff across multiple departments while supporting Continuous Improvement projects and a range of audits.
Suitable candidates can come from any relevant background in the Food Manufacturing sector – such as Production, Technical or QA – as long as they’ve got experience in and a passion for training and developing others in Technical matters.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a high-impact and strategic role where they can positively influence others in the workplace and where they will have the opportunity to progress into Technical Management.
Responsibilities:
*Updating & implementing training plans for new starters e.g Food Safety, Allergen Control
*Ensuring existing staff have received recent, up-to-date Technical training
*Engaging and influencing staff to ensure policies and procedures are fully embraced
*Supporting with audits and responses to non-conformances or customer complaints
*Assisting with the delivery of Continuous Improvement projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Coming from a Technical, QA, Production or similar background in Food Manufacturing
*Demonstrable understanding of HACCP planning, Allergen Control Systems & Food Safety
*Previous experience coaching & training others – either in a leadership or training role
*UK driving license
