The Role
*Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through research and outreach
*Conducting screening calls and interviews
*Writing job adverts and managing applications
*Coordinating interviews and overseeing the offer process
*Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission

*Experience in sales, business development, or another KPI-driven role

What’s on Offer
*£27,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
*Year 1 OTE: £38,000–£48,000
*Year 2 OTE: £45,000–£70,000
