Job Description:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected hospitality operation based in Tetbury, for an experienced Sous Chef to support the day-to-day running of a quality-led kitchen.

Responsibilities as Sous Chef
*Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
*Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
*Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation
*Assist with menu delivery, costing, and stock control
*Support rota planning and wage control
*Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
*Train and support junior members of the team
*Work closely with FOH to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
*Background in fresh food, quality-led kitchens
*Strong organisational and leadership skills
*Confidence managing stock, rotas, and compliance
*Passion for sustainability, provenance, and high standards
*Comfortable working some weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evenings
*Legal right to work in the UK
