Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, customer focused Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team based in Nottingham. Our client is a well established market leader in the food industry and you will be joining a dynamic, stable team of driven sales and customer service professionals. The Sales Executive position is a phone based role where you’ll build and nurture strong, lasting relationships, identify sales opportunities and consistently work towards targets.

Sales Executive – The Role
*Managing customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted product advisor
*Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities during customer conversations
*Supporting customers with product knowledge and digital ordering platforms
*Analysing buying patterns to drive effective sales conversations
*Handling customer queries and objections professionally
*Working towards individual and team sales targets
Sales Executive – The Candidate
*Previous experience in a sales or customer facing role
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong communication and relationship building skills
*Target-driven with a proactive approach to upselling
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn product knowledge
The Sales Executive role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building rapport and being rewarded for performance.
