Job Description:
Proximity Recruitment are working with a fast-growing, ambitious paid media agency in Milton Keynes who are looking to hire a talented Paid Social Media Specialist to join them at an exciting stage of their journey.
This is a rare opportunity to come in early, work closely with the Founder, make a genuine impact on client growth, and benefit from strong bonus potential and future equity as the business scales.
As Paid Social Media Specialist, you’ll take ownership of paid social activity across a diverse portfolio of clients.
You’ll be responsible for driving performance, scaling accounts profitably, and building strong, long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Creating, managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with exposure to additional platforms where required.
*Writing compelling ad copy and briefing creative concepts to support performance goals.
*Analysing campaign performance within-platform and via Google Analytics.
*Using behavioural and UX tools such as Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to inform optimisation strategies.
*Forecasting performance, reporting on results, and presenting insights to clients.
*Managing the balance between growth and profitability in line with client objectives.
*Building strong client relationships to support retention, reduce churn, and uncover upsell opportunities.
*Working closely with the Founder and wider team to shape the agency’s proposition, portfolio, and growth mindset.
You’ll be the third hire into the business and play a key role in shaping its future. With clients across a range of verticals and a strong focus on Meta-led growth, this role offers real autonomy, responsibility, and progression working alongside an ambitious Managing Director.
