We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established property company, for a reliable and skilled Handyperson to support the maintenance of their residential and commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general repairs and maintenance across multiple properties
* Complete basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure properties remain safe, well-presented, and compliant
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role
* Strong practical skills and problem-solving ability
* Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Full UK driving licence required.
