Trainee Car Sales ExecutiveLocation: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Competitive basic salary + commission
OTE: £30,000 – £40,000 (uncapped)
Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our Stratford-upon-Avon dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in automotive sales. Full training is provided, and you will have a clear path to develop into a Sales Executive role.
You’ll learn how to guide customers through the vehicle buying process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities*Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle needs
*Presenting new and used vehicles confidently
*Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
*Handling enquiries in person, online, and over the phone
*Building long-term customer relationships
*Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks
*Learning finance, insurance, and compliance processes (FCA)
*Achieving individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For*Confident, professional, and approachable
*Strong communication and listening skills
*Motivated to earn commission and progress in sales
*Positive, customer-focused attitude
*Full UK driving licence
*Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential

*Realistic earnings of £30k–£40k OTE
*Clear progression into Sales Executive or Senior Sales roles
