A growing and forward-thinking Accountancy firm are currently searching for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position is available due to continued growth, demonstrating the firm’s strong stability and ongoing success. The successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of accounts assistant duties, including management accounts and VAT. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to, bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end duties. This practice firm works closely with SMEs, therefore excellent communication skills will be essential.
Ideally you will:
*Have over 2 years’ experience within an Accounts Assistant role in practice. Have studied AAT or looking to study them.
*Have excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
*Be experienced with accounting software and confident using Microsoft Office products, including Excel
*Have strong communication skills to liaise with clients and collaborate across the firm, making you a valuable addition to the team
