Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Cardiff – High Earnings Over £90,000
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a market-leading estate agency in Cardiff to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker into a highly successful financial services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing branch offering a consistent flow of quality leads and a genuine earning potential of over £90,000.
The Role:
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Work from a financially driven Cardiff estate agency branch
*Convert 7–10 new leads per week into 3–4 mortgages weekly
*Deal with properties averaging £230k, up to £500k
*Advise on residential, remortgage, buy-to-let and protection
Earnings & Benefits:
*Basic salary £27,000 – £29,000 (incl. car allowance)
*OTE: £90,000+
*Financial guarantees available
*Commission splits 10%–25% plus bonuses
*Pension, healthcare and benefits
Requirements:
*CeMAP qualified
*Proven Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker experience
*Strong sales and compliance background
