Financial Adviser – Taunton (Hybrid Working)
Location: Taunton (in the office just once a week)
Salary: £60,000 basic + excellent bonus
OTE: £100,000+ in year one
Client Bank:
*Average client size around £200,000
*Clients mainly within a 50-mile radius
*A healthy mix of face-to-face and Zoom meetings

What you’ll be doing (in real terms)
You’ll work closely with new and existing clients, building long-term relationships and delivering quality financial advice. Day to day, you’ll be:
*Understanding clients’ financial goals and what really matters to them
*Carrying out holistic financial planning and lifestyle reviews
*Researching solutions and making well-thought-out recommendations
*Presenting advice clearly and confidently
*Looking after regular client reviews and ongoing relationships
*Keeping on top of compliance, AML checks, and regulatory requirements
*Staying up to date with industry and regulatory changes
*Building strong relationships with professional connections
*Getting involved in marketing and business development when needed
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to be motivated, professional, and client-focused:
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
*Experience working as an authorised Financial Adviser
*Competent Adviser Status
*A valid Statement of Professional Standing
*CPD up to date and a desire to keep developing
*Strong attention to detail
*Confident, friendly communication skills
*Ambition to grow your career and earnings
