Job Description:
Customer service co-ordinator – Evesham
Salary: £27,000-£28,500
Job Type: Full-time on site
A well-established engineering manufacturer based near Evesham is looking for a customer service-co-ordinator to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Build strong working relationships with customers by offering the most suitable solutions based on their requirements.
* Prepare and action quotations received by the Company, ensuring email enquiries are handled within a 2-day timeframe.
* Process all orders received via email accurately and efficiently.
* Keep customers informed of any delays or issues affecting the delivery of their orders.
* Provide support when errors occur with customer orders, including raising NCRs for the return of incorrect or faulty goods.
Key Results / Objectives
* Ensure the Customer Service department meets all company KPIs.
* Ensure all email quotations are completed within 48 hours.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy in order processing.
