Job Title: Employment Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE)
Location: Birmingham Office (Remote Working Available)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 salary range
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
*Managing a busy caseload of mainly claimant & some respondent employment law matters
*Providing expert legal advice across a wide range of employment law issues
*Handling early conciliation, tribunal preparation and representation
*Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including pleadings, witness statements and correspondence
*Conducting investigations and taking statements
*Qualifying claims and assessing merits
*Advising and assisting with settlement agreements
*Occasional representation or support with court hearings & tribunals
