6-month FTC | Full-time | Hybrid |
A great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large, complex organisation and work closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive change and influence organisational performance.

Description
*As HR Business Partner you will partner closely with senior leaders as a trusted people expert
*Lead and deliver strategic people plans aligned to organisational goals
*Analyse workforce data and identify trends, risks and solutions
*Support and lead change programmes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
*Manage complex ER issues and consult with trade unions
*Work closely with specialist HR teams to deliver joined-up interventions
Profile
*Significant experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner
*Strong background in workforce planning, change and complex ER
*Skilled at analysing data and using insights to influence decisions
*Confident working autonomously in a large, multifaceted organisation
*CIPD Chartered (or equivalent) with ongoing CPD
*Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
*Experience partnering with a business / corporate support fuction is preferable over education and training sector experience.
