Laser Setter Operator- Cannock
Location: Cannock
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + shift allowance for late shifts
Shifts Rotating - 6:00am to 2:00pm / 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Are you an experienced Laser Setter/Operator looking to join a supportive team in a well-established manufacturing environment? We’re working with a growing company who are looking to strengthen their fabrication team with a skilled Laser Setter/Operator.

The role:
*Setting and operating laser cutting machinery to produce parts to exact specifications
*Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job instructions
*Performing basic machine maintenance and quality checks
*Working to production schedules and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
*Supporting continuous improvement across the department
About you:
*Previous experience setting and operating laser cutting machinery (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada)
*Confident reading technical drawings and working with precision
*Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude to problem-solving
*Flexible to work rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)
*Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
