Job Description:
Warehouse Operative / Picker & Packer – Temp to Perm
Location: CV34 6LX
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Picking Operative to join a small, friendly team within a rapidly growing business that works with some of the world’s biggest brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.
Key Duties:
*Picking products and components accurately
*Packing orders ready for dispatch
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Quality checking parts and products
*Identifying damages, defects, or missing items
*General warehouse duties and housekeeping
Candidate Requirements:
*Excellent attention to detail (essential)
*Previous warehouse / picking experience preferred
*Counterbalance FLT licence ideal but not essential
*Ability to work efficiently and accurately
*Good organisational skills
*Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
What’s On Offer:
