Castlefield are working with NHS trust to source a temporary Band 5 Patient Pathway Administrator to cover from ASAP for 3 months, This is an ongoing assignment and our client can offer a hybrid working arrangement may be possible once established, with 1–2 days working from home.


Band 5 Pathway Tracker
Starting ASAP for 3 month
Location: Cambridge
Rate: £15 per hour + Holiday pay per hour
Hours 37.5 hrs a week – 5 days a week, flexible with start times/finish time so could be between and 8-5 (7.5hr day)


Key Responsibilities:
*Daily review of the PTL at specialty level in collaboration with the administrative team.
*Communicate and escalate actions to operational management and clinical teams, ensuring accurate PTL information.
*Engage effectively with patients to support scheduling.
*Maintain clear arrangements for PTL management, including agendas, terms of reference, and action trackers.
Requirements:
*Previous NHS patient administration or pathway experience is essential.
*Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
*Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
