NQ Conveyancing Solicitor | Chester | Progression
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded private practice based in Chester, is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor with a genuine interest in residential conveyancing to build their career within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work on a varied caseload and be given the guidance and autonomy needed to develop into a confident and well-rounded conveyancer.
The role will include:
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

* Providing clear, practical and client-focused advice throughout the transaction process

* Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties

* Maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail

About you:
* Newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify shortly, with experience or exposure to residential conveyancing

* A solid understanding of the residential property transaction process

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment

* Professional, proactive and keen to develop within a specialist property team
