A Private Education organisation based in London, are looking for a HR Business Partner to lead on operational and strategic HR activity, and continue to evolve the HR function during a growth and transformation period.

A HR Business Partner to:
*Work collaboratively with the HR Director in transforming the HR function and establish a more strategic business partnering model
*Support with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll System
*Drive organisation change
*Be a strong partner to your client group during a time of growth
*Coach and advise the wider business on HR best practice and solutions
*Lead on employee relation casework in collaboration with the wider team
*Use data to provide recommendations and inform decisions
*Operational and Strategic activities
*Lead on change management and restructures if required
Profile
An HR Business Partner with:
*Previous HR Partnering experience
*Previous experience leading complex ER casework
*Ability to use data to influence decisions
*Open to all sectors
