The opportunity As the lead finance partner to a major business unit, you will influence growth strategy, investment decisions and performance management across a complex, data-rich operation. What you’ll be doing *Owning budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for a high-growth business unit
*Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior operational and commercial leaders
*Building driver-based models to support scenario planning and resource allocation
*Leading monthly and quarterly performance reviews with clear, commercial insight
*Identifying trends, risks and opportunities that impact profitability and growth
*Supporting pricing strategy, vendor negotiations and investment cases
*Leading and developing a high-performing, international FP&A team
*Improving planning tools, automation and data quality to reduce manual reporting
What we’re looking for *Extensive experience in FP&A, strategic finance or corporate finance at a senior level
*A background in scaling, technology-enabled or data-driven service businesses
*Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing outcomes
*Strong exposure to American markets and stakeholders
*Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
*Advanced financial modelling capability and strong systems knowledge
