JOB DETAILS
PAY RATE: £26 -£28 Hourly rate

JOB SUMMARY
Dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a Reablement Service. This is a fast-paced and rewarding leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Our offer includes short breaks, outreach, and day opportunities, and you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement while supporting and inspiring a committed staff team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
*Lead and manage the Reablement service to deliver safe, responsive, and effective care
*Maintain CQC registration and lead preparation for inspections
*Demonstrate proven experience of leading services to "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC ratings
*Place people we support at the heart of all decision-making and service delivery
*Provide strong, visible leadership, direction, and inspiration to staff
*Promote a culture of professionalism, learning, and continuous improvement
*Champion staff wellbeing, development, and engagement
*Safeguard service users and effectively manage risk
*Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision, and ongoing staff development
*Build strong multi-disciplinary working relationships with families and professionals
*Monitor budgets and contribute to business planning
*Set, monitor, and report on KPIs, producing performance reports and managing service performance against targets
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
*Proven experience managing a registered care service, ideally within learning disability, neurodiversity, or complex needs
*A strong track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC outcomes
*Excellent leadership skills with the ability to support, direct, and inspire teams
*A genuine commitment to staff wellbeing and a positive workplace culture
*Experience of KPI setting, performance management, and reporting
*The ability to work flexibly and make sound, confident decisions under pressure
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and person-centred care
*A relevant health and social care qualification (Level 5 Diploma or equivalent)
