MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Durham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.
The Role:
*Receiving incoming goods and checking deliveries against paperwork to ensure accuracy and quality.
*Moving, storing, and organising stock safely within the warehouse.
*Picking and packing products accurately to meet customer and production requirements.
*Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and staging orders.
*Operating forklift trucks and other material handling equipment safely where trained and licensed.
*Updating stock levels using warehouse management systems or scanners.
*Carrying out regular stock checks and supporting stocktakes as required.
*Loading and unloading vehicles in line with site procedures.
*Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across the warehouse.
*Adhering strictly to health & safety procedures, including PPE and manual handling guidelines.
*Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
*Reporting any stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues promptly
The Person:
*Warehouse Experience
*Manufacturing understanding
*Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably has used warehousing software previously
*Good verbal communication skills
*Strong work ethic and team player
*Ability to take & follow instructions

The Hours:
Training Hours will be 08:00am to 16:30pm, £12.21 Per Hour
You will then move onto continental shift rotations
*4 on 4 off
*06:00 – 18:00
*18:00 – 06:00
The Pay:
*£12.21 per hour during first few weeks training
*£15.26 Per hour on shifts
