Job Description:
Job Title: Light Machine Operator (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Rugby (Central Park)
Payrate: £12.50 + 1.72 Shift Allowance = £14.22 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Training: 0730 - 1600 Mon - Thu (early finish Fri)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Permanent
Do you have a keen eye for detail and steady hands?
We’re looking for several reliable people to join a friendly engineering team in a clean-room environment.
This isn’t your average production line; you’ll be working with small, delicate ceramic products, performing detailed and skilled work.
What you’ll be doing:
*Chemically coating small ceramic components.
*Carefully inspect your work under a microscope.
*Handling delicate parts with tweezers, following precise instructions.
*Working to high-quality standards as part of a small team.
What you’ll need:
*A great eye for detail and the ability to handle intricate tasks.
*Previous experience in a production or delicate assembly role is ideal.
*To be reliable and local to the Rugby area.
*An engineering qualification would be a bonus, but not essential.
