Production Operative – Manufacturing
Location: Paddock Wood, Kent
Salary: £30k - £32k (DOE) + excellent benefits + training and progression
Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

The Role
*Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment across multiple manufacturing processes
*Ensure products are manufactured to the correct specifications, maintaining high-quality standards at all times
*Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the 5S programme
*Use initiative and problem-solving skills to improve processes and maintain production efficiency
*Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
About You
*Experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or general production
*Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
*Strong understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
*Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively
*Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing your production skills
