Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE)
Location: M4 Corridor - South Wales & South West (hybrid working)
Salary: NQ - £35,000 | 4 PQE - up to £50,000
Working pattern: Full time, hybrid working with a mandatory minimum of 2 days per week in the office
The Role
A well-established commercial law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team. The role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload, acting for a broad client base across commercial sectors.
You will manage matters from instruction through to completion and work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, with appropriate supervision depending on experience

* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documentation

* Handling landlord and tenant matters

* Supporting development and investment property work

* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE)

* Experience in commercial property matters gained during training or post-qualification

* Strong drafting and technical skills

* Ability to manage files efficiently and meet deadlines

* Commercial awareness and a practical approach
