The Opportunity
This is a rare, senior leadership opportunity for a strategic Head of Corporate to take full ownership of a growing workplace financial wellbeing proposition. You can expect:

This is a London-based role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. As Head of Corporate, you will lead growth, differentiation and client conversion, while building a high-performing team and strong internal partnerships. For a Head of Corporate who enjoys building and scaling, this is a genuine ’own the division’ role.
About the firmYou’ll be joining a highly reputable UK professional services group with an established heritage and a modern, fast-growing workplace offering—helping employers improve employee financial outcomes through workshops, coaching, guidance and broader financial wellbeing services.
The corporate proposition already supports a significant portfolio of clients (currently 70+ employer relationships) and the business is investing in leadership to accelerate growth and strengthen market positioning.
As a Head of Corporate, you will:*Own and evolve the corporate financial wellbeing proposition, keeping it competitive and differentiated
*Drive the growth of the corporate client pipeline, ensuring a healthy and rapidly growing list of prospects
*Lead conversion of corporate prospects into clients, delivering annual targets aligned to the business plan
*Manage a team of 5–6 across client management, programme delivery and financial coaching, collaborating closely with advice/planning colleagues
*Hold P&L responsibility and report against targets for revenue, costs and profitability
*Build strong internal partnerships across planning, technology and delivery teams to ensure alignment
*Champion culture and values, coaching and developing people to create a motivated, thriving team
About you*Proven experience in the corporate financial wellbeing / financial education / employee benefits market
*Track record of business development, pipeline creation and conversion into long-term corporate clients
*Commercially astute with confidence owning budgets, targets and proposition strategy
*Demonstrable leadership experience—building, developing and motivating high-performing teams
*Excellent stakeholder management skills (internally and externally)
*Strong market awareness and the ability to translate insight into proposition evolution
