Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to property fee earners
*Prepare, format, and proofread a range of property-related documents, including contracts, leases, reports, and completion statements
*Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meetings
*Handle Land Registry applications, searches, and completion processes
*Open and close files, maintain accurate case management records, and assist with compliance tasks
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders professionally and promptly
*Support billing, time recording, and general administrative duties
*Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
*Previous experience working as a Property Legal Secretary (residential or commercial)
*Strong understanding of property terminology, processes, and documentation
*Excellent typing and document production skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage changing priorities
*Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused attitude
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
*Proficient in MS Office and legal case management systems
