This is a London-based role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. As Financial Wellbeing Director, you will be market-facing, relationship-led, and focused on new business and account growth across corporate clients. As a Financial Wellbeing Director, you will:*Drive business development and win new corporate relationships for the financial wellbeing proposition
*Play a key role in go-to-market activity to raise awareness with HR, reward, benefits and related stakeholders
*Proactively prospect and ensure the pipeline of prospective corporate clients is healthy and growing
*Leverage and expand your existing corporate network to open doors and convert opportunities
*Oversee onboarding for new corporate clients, briefing internal delivery teams and setting expectations
*Build and deepen relationships with key accounts, identifying expansion opportunities
*Keep pipeline and CRM MI accurate and current, ensuring visibility of progress and forecast
About you*Proven track record winning corporate business in financial wellbeing / financial education / employee benefits markets
*Existing network of corporate relationships and a genuine love of networking
*Commercial mindset with strong market awareness and competitor understanding
*Confident influencing stakeholders, building trust, and converting prospects into long-term clients
*Resilient and proactive—comfortable building pipeline activity without heavy structure
*Collaborative and client-focused, with high ethical standards and a genuine desire to improve financial outcomes
