We are currently working with a growing, client-focused Financial Planning firm based in the Guildford area that is looking to appoint a Senior IFA Administrator to join its experienced administration and paraplanning team.
This is a key role supporting Financial Advisers with end-to-end client servicing, new business processing, and ongoing relationship management, within a firm that specialises in retirement, pensions, and intergenerational wealth planning. The role is 100% office-based, with flexible start and finish times across a structured shift pattern. Both full-time and part-time hours are available. A more junior IFA Admin role is also available.
Key responsibilities include:
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients and handling queries
*End-to-end new business processing and client onboarding
*Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
*Placing investment trades and fund switches
*Maintaining accurate client records on back-office systems
*Supporting advisers and paraplanners, including peer review of work
*Ensuring FCA, AML and GDPR compliance at all times
What they’re looking for:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services / IFA administration
*Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and wealth planning
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
*Confident working in a busy, client-facing environment
Package:
*Salary £36,000–£42,000 (pro rata for part-time)
