This well-established firm, based in Aylesbury Vale, is looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their close-knit team. What You’ll Be Doing *Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
*Supporting in the preparation of management accounts
*Preparing VAT returns and assisting with tax computations
*Liaising directly with clients and HMRC
*Supporting junior team members where appropriate
*Assisting with ad-hoc projects and client advisory work
What We’re Looking For *Ideally AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA (study support available)
*Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
*Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
*Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
*Keen to progress and take on more responsibility over time

Salary: £30,000–£38,000 depending on experience
