This role is ideally suited to a paralegal who is serious about a long-term legal career and is looking for meaningful responsibility, quality work and a clear pathway towards a future Training Contract.
The role:
You will support on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Assisting with commercial acquisitions and disposals
*Drafting and reviewing leases, licences and associated documents
*Conducting title investigations and due diligence
*Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
*General transactional and administrative support to the wider team
