IFA Administrator
Location: Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid )
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
Study Support: Full support toward CII / CISI / LIBF qualifications

We are working with a highly respected Chartered and CISI Accredited Financial Planning firm that is recognised for delivering exceptional, client-centred financial advice. Role Overview
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting advisers and the paraplanning team to deliver an outstanding client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, accurate, and keen to build a long-term career in financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Administration
" Assist with new client onboarding
" Prepare review packs, documentation and supporting reports
" Maintain accurate client records within Intelligent Office
" Draft and send client correspondence
" Liaise with product providers and manage day-to-day enquiries
" Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
Business Support
" Support advisers with meeting preparation
" Monitor workflows to help ensure timely completion
" Liaise with third parties, providers and professional connections
" Provide wider administrative support across the business
Client Relationship Management
" Build strong, positive relationships with clients
" Handle queries with professionalism, clarity and empathy
" Contribute to delivering a first-class client experience
Skills & Experience
Essential
" Strong GCSEs including English and Maths
" Excellent organisational and time-management skills
" High attention to detail
" Clear, confident communication skills
" Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
" Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
" Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Desirable
" Experience within an IFA, wealth management or pensions/insurance admin role
" Familiarity with Intelligent Office
" Experience within a professional services environment
